Be sure you are using a material based on the <strong>Sturdy<\/strong> node group.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add a <strong>Sturdy Palette<\/strong> node group to the material, but don&#8217;t connect it to anything.<\/p>\n<p>3. With the <strong>Sturdy Palette<\/strong> node group select, press the <strong>TAB<\/strong> key to enter it.<\/p>\n<p>4. BOOM: Edit the main <strong>ColorRamp<\/strong> as you will. <\/p>\n<p>5. By far, the coolest (and wildest) way of editing a ColorRamp is the <strong>Eyedropper drag<\/strong> method:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<p>Press the drop-down menu on the ColorRamp node, choose the <strong>Eyedropper<\/strong>, then<em> drag it across anywhere in the Blender interface<\/em> (for instance, over an image you have open in the <strong>Image Editor<\/strong>). If you want classic color mapping, start by dragging over dark colors and finish dragging over bright ones.<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WARNINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The provided <strong>Sturdy Palette<\/strong> is just great! Who doesn&#8217;t like color mapping that goes from cool blue green shadows to mid-tone peaches to warm yellow highlights? I sure do! By editing the main palette you will be disrupting that mystical balance.
